Joseph’s journey towards founding JOBerg Foundation began at a tender age. Growing up, Joseph was always passionate about improving the social condition of his community and country. Joseph learned how to give and to support the needs of others, especially the less privileged by observing his mother do the same. He recognizes the impact one’s generosity can make in the lives of others. He founded the JOBerg Foundation with the sole aim of alleviating poverty through community development initiatives.
Aside from his passion for community development, Joseph has over 8 years of experience in the world of investment banking and corporate governance. He is also the CEO of JOBerg Ghana Limited, a construction company that was founded by himself and has executed over fifteen projects for the Government of Ghana including the construction of 10 regional head offices for the Ghana Revenue Authority and others. Joseph is also a business analyst and consultant for individuals and companies wishing to invest in Africa. He holds a degree in Construction Engineering and is also studying for a second degree at the King’s University, Ghana. He currently serves as the Executive Director at JOBerg Foundation.
